Alright, so before my second playthrough of DA:Origins (PC) I found the voucher for Shale in the box of my game. Redeemed the code; didn't think of it much more because I wanted to finish Awakenings and DA2 first. Now I'm on my second playthrough (Dwarf Noble warrior, quite a badass I might say) and suddenly realized I didn't see any new location for meeting my new stoney friend.

Went to check my Downloads section, which is empty. There's nothing in available content/active downloads and in installed content the only thing available is Awakenings. I am logged in (under this account).

-Windows 7
-Dragon Age: Origins and Awakenings installed, both standard, storebought CD versions
-Turned off Awakenings to see if it made any difference, not the case
-Also have Dragon Age 2 installed and imported the save from my first Origins playthrough into it
-DLC for DA 2 (Black Emporium) ís working

If you need any more info, let me know. A fix would be greatly appreciated.

Have you finished the origins story and Lothering and gone to party camp?

If so, you should then be able to travel to a location south of Orzammer where a merchant will offer to sell you a control rod. The location of Shale will then appear on the map once you have the control rod.

If you have done all those steps and the location has not appeared, then there is a problem....

Aha. I'm still in Lothering. So it's not the case that this DLC will appear in the download list?

Alright, so I've just finished Lothering and am in the party camp. Sulcher's Pass does not show up on the map so I can't buy the control rod. Any suggestions?
