What happens after one reaches level 30?

Problem is not the "Level" as such. Is the ammount of EXP your character is able to reach. Levels as levels are not actually capped but the experience points are AFAIK

Its a campaign setting for both xp and level.

There is an actual cap though, which has to be patched in order to get past 30.
