I just purchased Mark Of The Assassin but I just finished the quest in act 1 where you sneak into your mansion place to find the deed then when you get back home there is a conversation with your uncle gamlen where you say you will be paying mother off for the rest of your life or whatever and you get to name your dog I was wondering is this to early to do the quest I would like to get the new party member into my party as soon as possible also who is better Issabella or the new girl also one more question sorry how do I make bethany stay with me what options do I got to choose for the deep road expidition thank you.

MotA can be played from any point in the game. It's really based on your preference for available companions, equipment, etc. I've played it post-game and enjoyed it immensely.

Isabela and Tallis are both rogues but have different and unique skill trees. You'll only have Tallis for the MotA adventure though, whereas Isabela might be available for the majority of the game (with the right leveling of friendship or rivalry, the right dialogue options chosen, etc).

Without giving too much away, Bethany will not be available as a party member after act 1 for various reasons (namely the outcome of either keeping her in your party for the expedition or leaving her in Kirkwall). If certain decisions are made however, it is possible to see her as an active party member some time in act 3. (Being intentionally vague here.)

Thank you whykikyouwhy I was wondering can you spoil a bit on what option I need to choose to make Bethany come back to me as a party member? Also that sucks that she doesn't join you for good.

If you take her on the expedition, be sure you have Anders in the party. Other than that, try and max out her friendship or rivalry. I haven't played the rivalry path with her, so I'm not sure how that affects things, but with friendship (and the detail re: the Deep Roads), you should see her again.
