I would like to see a responce from the dev's on this idea.

Sounds fine. There are lots of ideas about DLC stories, and they all sound perfectly fine. There's a slight difference between what makes for a good story and what makes for a good game experience, but I'm sure any of these ideas could form the basis for DLC content in theory.

Looks like we'll have to throw these in the oven then

Only kidding. Yeah it's a pretty pointless question, but tbh, the BSN is so observant with everything Bioware does that we will predict it sooner or later.

;)

Anders is gonna walk up and down your butt for this.

I don't think I'd want to replay the Warden's story with Hawke, that's all. I don't mind bringing the two stories together, but I'd want something fresh for Hawke to do.

As much as I would like to see the Warden, I think it would be pretty pointless . Since Hawke is no Greywarden, and there's no blight. It wouldn't make any sense for Hawke to traking the Warden.  As much as I hated, the story needs to continue  with hawke and the upcoming mage and templar war.

I wouldn't mind going back to Fereldan as part of a quest or in some other limited capacity, but I would prefer the main story to be based in a new area, and please nothing like Kirkwall, which I mean to say is not restricted to one city for the duration of the game with little side quests venturing into a small lifeless area of beach front property. I hope that DA3 makes use of a much larger questing area like DA:O did.

Well i hope they keep "back to ferelden" in "theory";)

I already know where my Hawke and the warden are going to! hawke dissapear/Warden dissapear, i come up with my own end as the pic shows! problem solve!;)

Now before hawke is totally lost, what about a dlc that starts after act 3 or expantion for Hawke? am dieying to play more with her until.. DA3. :)

I hope they make a dlc with ferelden return soon ready to move on from kirkwall. I would think another short but sweet dlc would be easy enough to make given all the storyline is a given. I just want Hawke to get to have a good bye moment of his dad. It would be nice to see lothering rebuilt

It's better than being a Fereldan turnip!

That guy has forever destroyed the reputation of Orlesians!  Plus his mom was a skank!  Score 1 the duke.

The Orlesian Warden in DAA should have been able to call everyone a turnip.

I'd like to visit Lothering (since this is where Hawke is from) as well as Orzammar. Unless we're going to see another underground Dwarven city at some point...
I think maybe I'm more interested to see Ferelden in the new art design compared to the old...story-wise, can't really say I've got a burning desire to revisit.

Lothering is a wasted land, the blight destroyed the fields and the town.. is just rocks and bits of grass here and there. If what the codex said is true then not one can live in it or re-build in it for 100's of years. Not even animals would want to get close, no food.. is that really what you want to see? ( then they complain when there isn't enough trees or grass.. rofl)

According to Liandra, they started rebuilding Lothering in Act 2...so around 3 years after the blight.
Seems like they kind of dropped the lore ball there!

Not really considering the 5th Blight was defeated before Urthemiel did any real damage. Blights usually lasts decades, the first was for about 100 years.

So yeah, Lothering recovering isn't a retcon or whatever.

No, because if my Hawke went back to Ferelden she'd probably just stay there. And anyway I like new areas and I want to see Tevinter.

or it meant the people Build another town and was called lothering in another location, not exactly on top of all the blighted lands... but if they actually build on top of the cursed blighted lands, thats going to be hard to keep or feed, they won't be able to farm for a while.
( thast what i think, you probably right, but still it makes no sense at all! wait... making sense is out of the game, fine you win):pinched:

No. Please, no. May Ferelden rest in peace. I am tired of his boring landscapes, capital like villiage. Let DA 3 will be in Orlais, so beautiful, so charming.

Personally, I've seen enough of Ferelden, since we have covered it so thoroughly in all our DLC for Origins and the main game itself. More Free Marches, and beyond!

Ferelden is a backwater pit that smells of wet dog. I would rather not return there.
