I thought in DA3 we're going to explore much of Thedas, or at least that's what I gathered they planned to do from videos I have seen.

So we will get to see the interesting, new places as well as the old ones.
But I hope for a Ferelden protagonist!

I hope it actually delivers on the scope if that's the case. I wouldn't want to just visit 2 or 3 cities across all of Thedas.

That said, I wouldn't mind a return to Ferelden, just to see how things have changed since the Blight and its immediate aftermath.

As for a Ferelden protagonist... Ehhh, time for someone from a different country. It might even give me a chance to use diacritics in names.

I want to see a quick dlc set in ferelden/orlasis. Then a few more good dlcs before DA3 wich should be all of thedas not any one area. It has to be more epic than skyrim or da will just fall to the side collecting dust.

It would be cool if they let us return to Ferelden some time...not sure if its such a good idea to do straight away/immediately after DA 2 though. Maybe wait a game or a few games to build up the suspension/feeling of it.

Lothering is a wasted land, the blight destroyed the fields and the town.. is just rocks and bits of grass here and there. If what the codex said is true then not one can live in it or re-build in it for 100's of years. Not even animals would want to get close, no food.. is that really what you want to see? ( then they complain when there isn't enough trees or grass.. rofl)

According to Liandra, they started rebuilding Lothering in Act 2...so around 3 years after the blight.
Seems like they kind of dropped the lore ball there!

Also, in Witch Hunt, the map mentions that a statue of the Warden was erected there.
