I recently spent some of my hard earned money on a copy of Mass Effect 2. The game looks awesome, a sci-fi epic. Unfortunately it seems it is an epic fail as the game constantly crashes. Every time I try to unlock a wall safe the game freezes. It seems this is a known issue but there has been no communication from BioWare and obviously no fix.

I understand the world isn't perfect but it seems this game is far from it, too far from it. After reading these forums there are numerous game save deleting issues and while that particular chestnut seems to have been cracked, there are a number of other issues that haven't been, including my experience ruining, money wasting freeze issue.

I have logged a question with EA but from other posters on this forum, I'm not keeping my hopes high that they'll be any help.

BioWare - I bought and loved Baldur's Gate I & II and was really looking forward to playing ME2 on my PS3. What a monumental let down. A totally unprofessional release that Jesse Houston should be ashamed of. Releasing an unplayable game and not fixing it appropriately is tantamount to theft and/or fraud.

I will not be buying anymore of your games.
