Ohmygosh, just saw news of this on kotaku... Bioware is selling their own 1:1 scale replicas of  the M-8 Avenger assault rifle.

If he's a hockey or football player, go for the groin. Smacking him in the head with the gun will more than likely damage it more than him.

To be honest, I'd rather send an email to the various peolpe who have blogged about making their own, and ask/beg for copies of their plans or sketches.

Far more satisfying to make your own I would say.

This guy made a lovely Incisor rifle, I think it looks as well made as the M-8 Bioware is selling (though to be fair, I'm no craftswoman, heh... I just think it's pretty is all.)

Indeed, I pre-ordered the ME3 version from TFAW. It's cheaper than the Bioware store, and their shipping rates for international are reasonable as opposed to Bioware's "bend you over" shipping rates.

Will do. I emailed Dark Horse about the horribly think black hull lines, and in the latest pics they seem to have been reduced, so fingers-crossed it'll turn out nice. I intend to display it as a three-piece set with Shepard and Tali
