As excited as I was to preorder one - my happiness dropped when i saw that price. $650????? Way to rape ppl's wallets. And thats not including shipping >.> For me its 673.

Highest I'll go is 400. Maybe 450. MAYBE.
Ironically I have the money to buy one, but Im not so nuts to spend it.

Pfftt i can probably make my own replica. I did make a pretty decent one of the Shuriken pistol when I cosplayed as Kasumi this year @ MegaCon
