You can reduce your reputation by killing innocents, though those changes can be a bit drastic - from 20 to 10 for example. More fine-tuned adjustments can be made by getting caught stealing (which costs you 1 reputation).

You can reach rep20 with Viconia in you group.
If you quickly kick her out before she leaves, you reputation is supposed to go up by 2 points - but since 20 is the maximum, that's where it'll stay, so if you take Viconia back into your group, the reputation loss of 2 will put your reputation to a comfortable 18 and she'll complain, but not leave.

If she leaves of her own volition, she's gone for good.

Many quests allow you to take an evil route that can reduce your reputation, some more so than others (kidnapping is very frowned upon for example).

Yesterday I finished pretty much all the possible sidequests of Chapter 2 with the exception of the sarcophagi of the liches. I took Viconia for about 12 in-game days and was considering romancing her, specially because I'm aware that I can change her alignment in ToB, but I decided to romance Jaheira.

Viconia's current LOVETALK is 33. My reputation was 20 with her in the group. After I kick Vic out of the group, she curses in drowish language, saying  "Oloth plynn dos" and calling me an "abbil" ("fool" in drowish, if I'm not wrong.).

I tried to lower my reputation to 10-18 with Shadowkeeper, tried to reload an early save (with 20 reputation aswell, but with LOVETALK=25) and even tried to lower the LOVETALK to 1, but nothing works. Everytime she gets angry with me and says that if we face each other again, it will be as enemies.

Why I'm getting this dialog? Is there any way to prevent this?

EDIT:
I just found out what was the problem. Instead of using Shadowkeeper, I killed an innocent near the Copper Coronet and my reputation went to 10. I removed Viconia after this and I didn't get the "angry dialogue" anymore.

This time I have a question related to in-game strategy. In my last game I took Aerie from the Circus until the beggining of Chapter 6, when I stopped playing BG2: SoA. When I checked her performance in my group, she had earned 3% total experience points for the entire game.

I learned a few tricks on how to play her better, but no matter how well I try to play with her, she is always behind everyone else in terms of experience points.

Aerie goes completely bat**** when you get 9th level mage spells. It's completely absurd.

This is just touching the surface and making you understand her late blooming potential.

Chain Contigency -> you can use level 7 cleric spells in it, meaning you could fire 3x Fire Storms (carpet bombing ~100 fire damage per round, for four rounds, and it goes through magic resistance), or any level 7 cleric spells you wish (including cleric HLAs). Want summons? Deva + Elemental Summoning + Simulacrum in one go.

Time Stop -> Harm = automatic hit with harm, you can't miss with time stop active.

Improved Alacrity = fire off Spell Trigger, Spell Sequencer, Minor Sequencer instantly (literally) = that's 8 protection (or offensive) spells going off instantly, and oh boy, Aerie's got 'em. That's not including Contigency and Chain Contigency, which brings it to a total of 12 spells. She can turn from zero to hero in a heartbeat.

Her physical stats are completely meaningless, because she can pump STR & DEX to 25 with ease, while getting her CON to 16+ (any more has no effect), while also getting access to near immortality through every cleric/mage protection spell in the game. She can also cast improved haste on herself (or easily fire it through trigger or contigency), giving her 4 attacks per round. It might seem little, but it's quite alot considering she's doing max dmg every hit, with 25 STR (+14 dmg). Thac0, no problem. Holy Power = 0 base thac0. Even with unenchanted weapons, the combination of Holy Power, Righteous Magic, and Draw Upon Holy Might (which can all be stuffed into a single Spell Trigger), gives her a thac0 of -7. Give her a +5 weapon, it's -12, which auto-hits practically anything in the game. I forgot the dual wielding penalties (-2/-6 I think), but it's completely irrelevant in practise.

Then there's the Black Blade of Disaster. which does well over 40 dmg per hit with righteous magic & 25 STR...

She can also stand in the middle of 20 fire giants without taking any damage (due to mage spells), while turning them into a turnip soup with Globe of Blades & Blade Barrier. Did you know improved haste makes both fire off twice per round? That means every enemy near her must save vs. spells 4x times per round or take huge dmg. She can even Greater Malison enemies to make them save with -6 & -4 respectively.

Then there's things like 3x Implosions in Chain Contigency, doing 30d10 fire AND physical damage, while going through magical resistance.

Due to her high wisdom, she also makes an excellent wish candidate through clones (use wish with clones through quickbar instead of actually learning & memorizing the spell in your spellbook).

In short, she can clean house, strip all enemy protections, be almost invulnerable against mages, heal your party, while being practically unkillable. She's just a late bloomer, that's all.

Against a level capped Aerie, your typical fighters like Minsc feel somewhat... useless. But, like said, to fully enjoy her benefits (in a timely manner), you need a smaller party, as she only gets L9 mage spells at 6-million xp. That's not to say she's not powerful before 9th level spells, but the difference they make is extreme (mostly due to Improved Alacrity).

Yesterday I managed to finish the entire Baldur's Gate Trilogy and I'm quite happy with the experience. I wrote a wall of text to express my feelings about the games, but I decided to erase it and make it short: BG is one of the best RPGs that I've ever played and I'm so satisfied that I went until the end. Thanks everybody that helped me.
