I got a couple of questions I don't want to make another post but I was wondering please can someone help me or tell me which act and when can I make the potion that levels your whole party up I heard this can be made but I don't know how or what I need to make it or where to find the recipe? I been trying to use google but can't find it so any help would be awesome thank you also one more thing what is the most useful party members to have if you are a 2 handed reaver/vanguard warrior? Thank you I am playing on hard dificult.

You'll be able to make the elixir in act 3. First you'll need to find the recipe (it's a loot item on your way to the final battle of act 2) and then you'll need the ambrosia resource (obtained during Isabela's quest/confrontation with Castillon in act 3).

You mean the Elixir of Heroism. The recipe is found during the finale of act 2, on the street in High Town. It's most exotic ingridient, Ambrosia, is found during Isabela's act 3 companion quest.
You can use every party member well, but 2h warriors work especially well with mages that can make enemies brittle (ice spells & petrify), so that might blow, scythe and cleave do extra damage.
