It's because I can't! EA, with their crappy DRM system that encourages pirating, has just stolen from me!
I
have played Dragon age 2 ONCE before, and since it's replayability
level wasn't that much I just thought I'd leave it until a few patches
come out with some extra DLC. So today is the day I decide to reinstall
it in a NEW machine. Yes, I played it in an old one, this new machine I purchased just yesterday.
So,
here I am excited for my next Hawke who I decided will be my canon. I
enter the required details (my email address and the password to this
site.) Well it says that I need to re-entre my prodcut key since it
could not activate DA2 with the EA account provided (I'm assuimg the EA
account still counts for this one. Or does it mean the actual EA website, I'm not sure, but it accepeted this one alright.) So I enter my product key and then it happens...
"The prodcut key you provided 'xxxxx...' has already been to activate DAII. Please entre an unregistered product key to complete activation"
Do
I really have to say more? Or have I done something wrong. This is just unacceptable on EA's part. I know Bioware isn't part of this, but if I could find any answers that would be great.
Thanks - simfamSP
P.S I uninstalled this from my old
machine mind you, so I do not know why the DRM is in the way.
Can't play DA2 again... and it's not because I don't want to 2.0
