I have quite a few different Hawkes. My new mage with the tophat, and everything as my avatar, is named Brianna which is a Celtic name and it means "strong". I thought it would be fitting.
What did you name your Hawke, and why?

Grace Hawke is my warrior gal.
It's just a name that I've always liked... I also have a Grace Shepard. XD
My warden is Phoebe, though. It's another name that I just like.

Bardyn Hawke. He is a rogue archer, so I combined the Marval comic book character Hawkeye (Clint Barton) with Bard Black Arrow from the Hobbit.

I have quite a few Hawkes, their names are; Aura, Willow, Chrissa, Elsa, Denada, Skye, Gaeden, Jasper, Mazati, Odin, Olive, Raven and Rosa.
The ones I have completed playthroughs with, or are very close to finishing are; Aura, Willow, Chrissa, Denada and Raven.
I just like all these names, although some of them have more meaning than others. Willow because it's one of my favourite trees, Denada is a blend of Canada and Denmark and Chrissa is a feminized version of Chris ( the name of my boyfriend

I have 6 Hawke's
The Men:
Jacen-I've always used this name in my games.
Galen-My default mage/Jedi name since KOTOR
Nathan-Not sure why.
The Women:
Rochelle-I just like the way the name rolls off the tongue
Samantha-I just like the name, like Nathan not sure why.
Kailea-a tragic character from the Houses of Dune series of books...this became my canon Hawke.

Selina and I can't actually recall why. It was just a name amongst others that I ran through my mind, one that sounded like it best fitted my mood for the game.
Or was it Catwoman, a BBC news reader perhaps. Or perhaps I had recently seen "The First Men in The Moon" again, not the Gatiss version and was thinking about Selenites.
It was a name I liked, as was Karina for my Origins playthrough...

<-- Liana, because ... I really like Liara and Leliana, and I figured it was a good mashup.
Next one, I really will be making another one, will likely be a blonde mage named Riana, but I want to finish my Mage DA:O play first.

@SilverMoonDragon, ah, I have a Hawke named after a tree as well, Rowan. I like those sorts of names, and it suited her, what with her being a tank-build warrior, so strong and tough.
I also have an Arya Hawke, named after the character in ASOIAF, because she's aggressive and more than a little stab-crazy. Her LI is the murder knife.
No Shenanigans Hawke, then?

That's a great idea! That's going to be my next Hawke.
I can only imagine the fanfictions it could produce
- Is that an abomination coming to eat us?! Let's call Shenanigans!

Maebh & Robin Hawke. Robins a rogue archer so a future mage siding rogue outlaw fighting injustice just screamed Robin in the hood at me (Even called the Save Games Robin of Kirkwall on that one.)
Maebh is an Irish name and I thought it fitted the setting.

Daniel Hawke: I couldn't remember if I wanted to name my main Commander Shepard "Daniel" or "David". I liked both names for him. I just went with the one I didn't use.
Jane Hawke: After a friend of mine.
Garrian Hawke: I kept the default appearance for him. I wanted to change the default name only slightly.
