Manipulation and lies are the Eldar "Things"

And having their souls eaten by the Warp manifestation of their species.

Quite unfortunate for them I must admit.

Ah well that's what they get for squicking a Chaos god into being.

They are just fools. Many eldar of the crone worlds have been ressurected even. But being ''eaten'' by Slaanesh is not bad at all. Having an afterlife at a dome of pleasure is better than having ones soul fly somewhere around a broken throne of a broken emperor.

Yes that's when they don't bother to fight at all. But when they do fight it's fear and surprise.

I feel no fear for I am fear incarnate.

Well we too know no fear, death is an experience to have. But we do not throw our lives away meaningless.

Would still rather be dead and forgotten than in the thrall of Chaos.

We do not cast them away. The warp is a world where ones soul cannot survive on it's own, and one always needs a savior, lest the soul parish for eternity. Slaanesh is not only a savior but the builder of haven.

Oh you won't be forgotten while your brothers praise the emperor, and the emperor will even grow stronger. That is just a more lesser existance in the warp.

I'm still sticking with the Emprah on this one.

Chaos is bad news.

The whole warp is ''chaos'', your emperor is just one of the many sides of it. You see things too black and white. Every bloodthursty kill of a space marine still gives glory to Khorne for example.

Yes, the same manner that every spelling error give glory to the Changer of Ways. :P

Which is why a wise space marine destroyes enemies for humanity and the Emperor rather than his own bloodlust. There can exist a fine line between zeal and bloodlust, and crossing it has led to many heresies. Faith in one's purpose, though, is a protection from the deprevations of the warp and its malign inhabitants.

Your God Emperor is one of the Warp inhabitants, though present in the real world at the same time as I understand it, fed by the faith of the imperium of man. As I said, just a different way a different life, but one warp one principal.

The Emperor bends the warp to his unyielding will, which is why the Ruinous powers have done so much in attempting to undo his righteous work. You, however, have given yourself to be blown about at the whims of Chaos in hopes of fulfilling only your own base desire, blind to what you have wrought.

There can be only one answer to heresy. Death.

The Emperor bends the warp as much as he has power. Every warp creature has some measure of power in the warp. It is true that Emperor is the only strong creature in the warp that was once a man, but all warp beings come to be from feelings of the living.
It is not I who lives by Slaanesh's whim, it is Slaanesh that wan't me to live and have pleasure, so that it would echo in the warp and the pleasure would become stronger. Chaos Gods are called chaos for how they are usually surved, without knowing any bounds, but pleasure knows bound, beyond which it goes backwards, and those bounds would give Slaanesh a more lasting greater power, as well as make her childrens life better.

And not even that will make our souls to perish, nor inable to have a pleasent existance.

Whenever I romance Tali in the game it makes me a little sad..Imagine the lack of intimacy in their culture. Who can blame her for taking that golden opportunity to pounce Shepard like she wanted to eat him for dinner?

That doesn't make s[e]n[s]e. You don't need outside influence to randomize something.

Tell it to real-world DNA.  It gets altered by outside influences all the time.  Strictly speaking, even some spontaneous mutations are due to outside influences, as long as you consider "outside" to mean anything that isn't intrinsic to the DNA molecule itself being the cause.  If those outside influences didn't exist, the average mutation rate would be much lower.

Heh.

You got it all wrong. If we're going to set up a Mass Hammer 4K universe...

Morinth is the Goddess-Empress of Mankind, to whom a thousand souls are sacrificed each day to further her power. TIM is the High Lord of Terra. Shepard, because Shepard CAN SURVIVE ON PURE STRENGTH OF WILL ALONE, DAMN IT, is The Consort, the only one to survive mating with the Goddess-Empress of Mankind.
