Imagine if humans could embrace eternity! When we would have sex we would feel both our and our partners genetalia, that would be euphoric.

Only if your partner wasn't faking orgasm. I'm sure Asari never have to deal with that. It's probably an exclusively human concern. Stupid humans. :P

Lol, yeah. But hey the partner that was faking the orgasm can atleast feel yours. It doesn't even seem that asari feel very good from having melding. Liara and Shiala felt nothing special. I guess they only feel good when the partner experiences good emotions at the moment. Human sex is a lot more fun. Let's hope Cerberus makes peoples nervous system more advanced to be able to meld and be natural biotics, can also take the perfect memory from the Drell while they are at it.

Wait...wait...wait..these things I'm reading...

Aren't baby Asari delivered by a blue stork when the mommy and daddy hold hands and kiss?

The baby is delivered by a reaper. That's why they say embrace eternity.

You wouldn't want to remember in exact detail the most mind-blowing, pleasurable experience of your life as a means of escaping physical pain or suffering?

Hey, it's better then the explanation my dad gave me. "Son, sometimes when a man and a women get drunk they look more attractive then they really are and forget to use a condom."

But you would have to read every book, every guide, every tutorial only once in your life. You would be able to learn a whole bunch of things. I think that the only thing that would be required would be controlling the process and noit going inot bad memories.

Oh God. It reminds me of: Dad what is a condom? Well son if I knew the answer to that question...

The thing is, you wouldn't remember just the good, but you'd also remember the bad. I don't think you would be able to control it. With so much there, it would just flow on it's own.

I think that it works like normal memory. I can remember something bad right now if I want to, but I just don't do it. Iw would just remember it better

Interesting thought: asari and quarians are aliens. Asari evolved in a world without penis, so how are they able to take them? The "baby hole" isn't built for things to go in, let alone in and out vigorously. Perhaps it hurts them, or they use other methods to satisfy their partners.

Quarians are much more different. Their sex act is probably a lot more different. Don't get me wrong, I find that very intriguing. I hope I'm still young enough to fool around when we find alien life.

Hannar... I get the feeling a lot of anime fan girls would be learning soul names. Just a hunch.

Not necessarily. I would thing it would be a mind discipline, which is perhaps why Thane spends a great deal of time meditating. Also, listening to his explanations about Drell memory, it sounds far more like a positive than a negative. The possibility of perfect recall sounds fascinating to me, but I suppose that's subjective depending on the person.

I'm going to venture a guess that the writers never got that far into explanations and mechanics when imagining the Asari as a race.

Your saying that programmers didn't spend as much time as they could have contemplating a world of blue lesbians? Forgive my doubt. ^_^

Erm, pretty sure not everyone who is involved in making video games is a programmer.

Do I think they gave it much thought beyond: "Blue space babes will be effin' hawt! Especially if they can have mind secks!!!"

*shrug* Not really, no.

EDIT: Good night Brian. This has been interesting. :D

The most ssad thing is that most asari do indeed act feminine. It would be more interesting if some of them were
very masculine and buff.

"I like the way you think" sounds like a post-coital compliment to an Asari.
