I know I use momentum but what about dual striking even though you can not crit? or any of the other sustained talents?

btw I am using daggers with most points going into dex.

I distinctly recall going through a thread that explained how dual striking doesn't work properly. I don't remember the details, but overall, no, don't run dual striking.

Are you tanking? If so, you should be running Threaten at all times. I can't say one way or another about Precise Striking. I was under the belief that it's best for two-handed warriors, but maybe someone else could vouch for its effectiveness for dual-wield builds.

The rest depends on your build. Champions will most likely be running Rally. Spirit Warriors will be running Beyond the Veil. Beserkers will be activating Beserk when they enter combat. Likewise, Guardians (although it's situational given the stamina cost and decreased movement speed) might be using Aura of the Stalwart Defender when entering combat. Reaver has its own set of things that I haven't had a chance to play around with yet.

Don't use dual striking. Keep momentum up at all times. In Origins you want Reaver+berserker specs, so you want blood frenzy and berserk up as well. In Awakening grab Spirit Warrior for beyond the veil.

Also a talent spamming major strength dual Veshialle build is significantly stronger than the dagger build.

The double vesh (or most full size weapon combos, really) is better than daggers if you're talent spamming, but daggers are better if you're on auto-attack. But if you were talent spamming, you wouldn't be running Momentum because you'd be using the stamina you would be spending on that to talent spam.
