Any news on this yet? "Late November" has come and gone. I want to know if we're only a week or 2 out (seriously can't wait), and the super-secret un-Battlefield 3 way to get the MP access. Also. No tool yet to let us know if we've got early access. I'm chomping at the bit, here.

It's been said we wont get news till after Bioware's christmas break, so expect news in January.

You have to have Xbox live, which is way worse.

Yeah, paying for 'live membership' seems riddiculous. That's consoles biggest downside. In the end it cost you more than pc. Still consoles have lots of great games.

Games cost a lot more too. That's why console can seem to be cheaper. Lack of modding, flexibility, screenshots, videos, better visuals and performance - stuff like that makes PC way, way better choice for me. On top of that I enjoy building and tweaking my PC.

Tup3xi - that's why I'm using PC too, but I've alsoplayed GoW2 and GoW3 on friends console, and enjoyed them. I tweaked my pc and it still works Not bad for 4 year old pc except gpu. Also one of the tweets from bioware dev says that bugs on pc are mostly fixed, but the console is giving him some troubles.
Let's not make this thread an another PC vs Console war. You know people might start this war all over again. In fact all sides have their pros and cons.

Yeah. But anyway, they should just launch the demo in January instead of annoying the January demo release date. I'm impatient! (Well, not usually but in this case.)

I'm impatient too. Mostly for SP, but MP will be nice addition to the fun with friends and people from this forum. Let's just hope they release the demo in January, not in February.

Well im getting BF3 for christmas so i guess im covered. If this alternate program allows mass effect fans early access too then i will probably be covered by that aswell.

I'm not normally impatient but after seeing stuff from that demo that was out and knowing there's like a 3 week early Beta for BF3 people (and well, I'm totally broke from Christmas shopping so going out and buying BF3's not an option or something here. I seriously don't care if it's SP or MP that we get. I just REALLY want to get some Mass Effect 3 in my hands as soon as at all possible.

Don't they finish their Christmas break on January 2nd? :/
Seems more logical. since the release was scheduled for January, they're not finishing up the demo, they're just waiting for the right PR moment.

I understand what you mean, but i love being able to play with friends on split screen, pretty hard to do with PC only, which is why i have a pc and consoles, and as for online charges i think my lovely xbox is the only one costing anything. -.-'
