On the DNF forums we reached about 500 IIRC on our demo thread. Maybe it was more.  Gah, Can't remember if it was 500 or 2000. It was at least 500+

Do not fall for it, especially since beta keys only work for betas and not demos.You have been warned.

Oh, I won't, but I'm sure some will. Eagreness seems to decrease peoples ability to filter garbage.

my gut feeling tells me not to trust that website because its the same atricle we all saw earlier except with a me3 demo date somehow. bioware already oficially said january however no exact date theirfore i cannot believe this article unless they were talking about the actual demo release and not the earlie acess beta for battlefield 3 players.

You did, and you made me read the entire article in full but what you linked to didn't say anything about the Mass Effect 3 demo release. The above link you're quoting is the first time I've seen an article actually mention a date.

Now the question is whether it's trustworthy... I'm not too bothered either way, though, I just want the demo to check how well (or poor ) my years-old laptop will perform when running the upcoming game.
