'BioWare has announced a date for Mass Effect 3's highly-anticipated demo... that's right, good ol' Valentine's Day. We'll be able to experience both single and multiplayer portions of the game on February 14, 2012'

I feel sorry for all the ppl that bought Battlefield 3 just to get early access to the demo only to get screwed. Personally I bought BF3 long before I knew about that and I think it's easily the best game of 2011.

Yes it is when it says early access i think a week not 3 days but i don't want to complain (much).

I spent 60$ for January early access, and now we find out it is actually not January, but instead February and half through the month at that. Yea.. Needless to say, i demanded a refund of 60$ and have yet to get a yes or no. -.-'

You want a refund because you misunderstood what was said?

Bioware said that there would be a demo announcement in January after they came back from break.  Guess what?  They announced a demo in January after they came back from their break.  It was never once said that the early access demo would be in January.  Anyone who said anything to the contrary misconstrued the official statement, which is their fault.

It's misleading the consumer every way you look at it.  Stop making pointless excuses.  I was iffy on buying Battlefield 3, and only was convinced to buy it after I heard about the early access demo for ME3.  It was a stupid marketing tactic by EA that they of course didn't live up to.

I know. Early access to multiplayer begins on February 14th, the same day the demo is released. Multiplayer becomes available to everyone on the 17th.
