Something open-ended. Like, a scene after its all over with Jack deciding for sure that she wants to stay with Shep, and then maybe the Normandy flying off into the distance. Leave the rest to my imagination.
How DO you want your relationships to be at the end of ME3?

If it didn't happen during ME3 then the first thing Shepard and Liara are going to do is crash the Shadow Broker Base. Then it's off to the Citadel for a victory celebration at Flux with Shepard's surviving crew. Then Shepard and his Liara are going on a very long holiday traveling the galaxy. There's bound to be a few planets that haven't been devastated by the Reapers...

Well Im un-romantic, and I don't want marriage, proposal or a kids. If my Shepards will even survive Mass Effect 3 Spacer will be back to military and end her relationship with Kaidan. Earthborn would gladly stole Normandy and go with friends ( and Thane if he will survive) into Terminus System playing a Pirate Queen role, while Colonist will leave Alliance, Spectre and probably go to Feros ( if it will still exist) to visit Shiala at first, and after that she will go somewhere, where no one knows her ( there have to be place like that) to start her life anew.
