I'm trying to organize all my game sites and whatnot, but in the process, I somehow changed my email address for my profile here.  Is there a way to change my email address in my profile?  I did not see the option for that when I went to my profile settings.

You can manage your profile information on this page:
https://profile.ea.com/

Once you've changed it there come back here and log in using the new email address.
