Just bought some DLC via Biopoints... I cannot figure out how to get my content downloaded... there's no links other than "more info" with options to re-buy this ****. Really frustrating. Spent $20 on extra points... need to know 1 of 2 things:
1> How do I get my $20 back OR
2> How do I get access to the DLC I purchased.
This site has to be the most ridiculously organized/setup "Gamer Network" site on the market. Unless you're a regular here, there's really no room for someone new to try and navigate this maze of ridiculousness.

Go to games at the top towards the right of the forums near polls and all those things at the very top and select your game and select official dlc.
