Presidium, it's clean and beautiful and it's the hub of the galaxy, plenty of people/things to see.

Either the citadel, or sur'kesh. Both would be amazing, the citadel with it's non-stop activity and rich mix of cultures, and sur'kesh's nice tropical layout, as well as being the salarian homeworld. On the downside, the citadel is the biggest death-trap of all time, so I might lean a little torwards sur'kesh.

I don't know. New Orleans is pretty badass. It'd be an interesting dichotomy in 2186. I'd imagine the quarter would be largely the same but the CBD and Canal Street would be all futuristic.

I absolutely love the water and could easily live somewhere with an abundant amount. Plus its always raining, which is fine by me, and if that ever got old I could just hop on a shuttle and take a nice holiday. Also the Hanar are a great people. I'm a rather polite person myself so I don't think I'd have too many issues with theirs. I also think it would be fascinating to get the occular implants that Thane mentions so I could pick up on their bio-luminescence.

I'd like to live as a Krogan bodygaurd in the newly apointed Krogan Embassy on the Citidal. Obviously this won't happen until the Krogan help Shepard save the galaxy, but take my word for it, it will happen.
