I played WoW until the end of Wotlk, not because of cataclysm just general burnout of the game and none of my friends playing no more. I played a trial of cataclysm when I was bored and it seemed quite fun. Now I look at WoW again and I think..."hmm, making an entire expansion out of an old warcraft 3 joke?" not sure about Blizzard's logic here.
Well at least Heart of the Swarm looks good.

When I first read about this new expansion I honestly thought it was a joke...I still think it's a joke but then again...the whole game is a joke nowadays so...*shrug*
Quit the game for the millionth time on Monday. Played through Witcher 2 for the 4th time, made a new sin for GW and looking forward to Skyrim...so much happier than grinding my ass off of some highly annoying and non-rewarding dungeons or sucking at arenas because 4/5 teams have a warlock/shaman.
Oh and as Pious_Augustus said: Fire Ghostcrawler. Like for real. Mage = ridiculous pile of OP ****. Coming from a hunter.

Hunters were like complete **** this whole Cataclysm xpac. =(
Mages and Shamans were super OP this entire time for both pvp and pve.
I can't wait for Skyrim to come out...There is no way I will be buying this Pikachu expansion unless they make it free which is unlikely.

I laughed so hard yesterday when they introduced it. Seriously, why "China" instead of the Emerald Dream or something? Sigh, silly Blizzard is silly. I guess that's why they're working on their 2nd MMO (And I think it's going to be something Halo related, or something similar anyway)...WoW is going downhill fast, especially since ****ty Cataclysm.

Cant really give an opinion on Cataclysm as i quit during Wrath of the Noobking when everyone and their granny was running round in full epics. Everything has an expiration date and they had a good run. I have some great memories from the 5 years that i played but the second expansion was too much, that coupled with the lovely playerbase that expects to be spoonfed.
"Welfare epics" were introduced in The Burning Crusade.

I tried reading that. All I see is people arguing about dungeons/raids I don't give a damn about. Your point?
I laughed even harder when I saw the D3 for free and some re-skin mount offer for an ANNUAL subscription...so a person should buy a year of game time for the world's most time consuming game AND be able to play their free copy of D3 as well?
Also...6 month subscription is ~69 euros so I'm guessing the annual one is...what, 120 euros? 100? 140 would be totally ridiculous. TBH I'm scared to click the link and try and find out the price (it isn't in the FAQ ROFLMAO) since I've used a credit card to buy game time before.
120 euros = 2 brand new PC games with an extra 20 euros to spend on...a keg of beer to be enjoyed while playing your 2 new games?
For real Blizzard...for real. Makes me not want to buy D3 either :/
