Reapers tech is one of the most plausible and still isn't that cheesy theories. What if nanites are already getting out of energy at the beginning of ME3? That could explain how Alliance got Shepard.

Previously i was expecting there to be a big reveal where we discovered some secret or hidden technology that would allow us to defeat the reapers. However with all this multiplayer and war assets talk its sounding increasingly like we're just going to fight the reapers straight up (sought of).

Unfortunatly, the scientists forgot to install an off bottun and the entire galaxy is crushed when the guns and bullets take up all the space in the universe.

Benezia who was a strong mind claims the process of indoctrination takes a bit longer for those with stronger minds but they like the other will succumb. Shep also has gotten prolonged exposure to reaper artifacts via Arrival he was sedated for 2 days which a mind at rest will intake more information then an awake mind will that's why cults who wish to brainwash their members will play rules, regulations, and whatever other crap they want to infuse perminitly into their members minds they'll play these recordings while they sleep. So shep got several more days out worth of exposure and recalibrating into those two days the he would've while awake.

We think shep has reaper tech in him I base my assumption EDI's confession that reaper tech was used to make her and by extension the new Normandy. Knowing TIM it wouldn't stop him or cause him any issue to load the same tech in shep. Now with arrival the beacon gave an emp the computers fried and shep went down he was effected by the wave.

Going back to vigil reaper pawns need to periodically be near reaper tech in order to function so that means there must be retooling or updates that go into the tech they later get hardwired with. Shep could very well have gotten the latest reaper updates during those two days sedated. Thats why even para shep blows up the base. I think we saw the first signs of indoctrination via the choices shep could make during arrival.

Sorry, could'nt resist.
Anyway we still don't know how usual husks get energy. Perhaps they must be close to a Reaper or one of their 'shrines'. I don't talk about 'superhusks' aka Saren and Greyson right now, Greyson even could get energy from dark space via QEC.

Why would an indoctrinated Shep destroy the Alpha relay?

And there was no EMP blast in Arrival.

Shepard could be entering the earliest phases of indoctrination due to Arrival, however. The 'not controlled yet, but will be if further exposed'... which, in our missions against the Reapers, could easily be justified.

I agree Shepard isn't indoctrinated yet, but Arrival makes a good place to start such a sub-plot.
