You weren't looking hard enough. Not that she was much of a looker in Dragon Age: Origins but a lot of people, myself included, absolutely hated her childish looks.

I much prefered how she looked in this piece of concept art. You can tell how driven she is by just looking at her.

I like the theory, but I have no idea how they would pull it off given the various import possibilities surrounding those two characters at this point. Not to mention the outcry from those who would insist their Warden would much rather be causing trouble/doing Warden stuff/In his or her bunk/being dead etc.

Would be most interesting to see Hawke taken in that direction, being dragged backflipping and snarking towards destiny whether his/her supposedly ineffective self liked it or not.

All I hear are the same empty stuff they said about da2. I doubt da3 is going to be better, most likely it won't, ever seires ea has ever done gets dumb downed. Lokk at nfs they keep making it more for online, with no customazzation or anything that made it fun. But yet in interviews they always state we will bring the best stuff back to nfs. So yea we will bring the best from orgins and best from da2, I smell marketing bull****. I will just wait for overstock and get it for free like I did with both dragon age games.

If we're playing as some new chump PC, its pretty easy to just write off most of that with a line or 2 of dialogue. Which would be incredibly cheap and unfulfilling.

What's the point in arguing about this anyway? Gaider has spoken and until I see otherwise, I'm going to take his word for it. Besides, I just plain don't like Morrigan and would rather not see her again unless they remove her plot armor.

DG also said they will handwave anything they think necessary for the plot. So bascially from our point of view nothing is save from change. Some things probably won't be changed, but we will have to wait to release day (or later) to see what.

I agree.
What I meant by "I can see" is the DA team will most likely
go the peacekeeper route. According to the blurb anyways.But yes, that
would conflict with our choices from Origins.I'm sure not all Warden's lived happily ever after with their LI and want to play peacekeeper.My playthroughs are no exception.

That already happened.Although it wasn't quite so physical.
