Make sure your game files are vanilla and you do a full re-scan with Texplorer and everything should work. I applied the fixes for the glitch textures: Wrex face, Garrus face, Saren face, Liara suit normal, keeper normal, chakwas hair, Ash's face and scalp, turian council member normal map, and the N7 armors. To each of these I first applied the low res fix and saved, then i applied the no render fix and saved. Everything looks great now.

On a side note with out adding any textures other than the 3 normal maps that were previously unusable, my biogame folder has gone from 14.4gb to 17.0gb. That is a much larger leap than I'm used to seeing, I'm guessing its because I just forced many 4096 (21.3mb) textures into many scenes? It still seems high though.

Saltisogood, is it possible I have some how added bloating? The game runs fine and looks great but I am thinking that the installer is going to be massive :/

I just got the same error while Texplorer was scanning the files..what the f...

edit: so...it looks like a ton of files randomly went missing from my install when i replaced with a backup a second time, hoping thats the issue, since i haven't gotten "do you want to replace this file?" dialogues yet. - yeah, some catastrophic clusterf!@# occured with my game files, going back to vanilla properly..twice...fixed it

@Crowbar01: That's what I meant by corrupt files. The game files not the program. It'd be highly doubtful you'd get corrupt ME3Explorer files, especially with SVN source control.

@CDAMJC: First of all check out my post on the other forum. I don't know if it will help with the size issues, but you most likely don't need to apply the second fix if you use the first one. All the second fix does is force saving all data in each package that it appears. But at the same time I changed the logic of the normal saving process such that if the texture is single level it does that as well. Since the first fix removes the other mipmaps it should take care of that for you. Probably.

If I was unemployed, maybe haha.  

There is a lot of testing to do, 2 re-textures to finish. Compiling and hosting need to be adressed. Still a lot of work but it should be worth the wait.  I've been messing with everything that is finished and what's in game so far is looking pretty good and there are zero glitches, which brings a tear to my eye.

@Saltisgood, I have confirmed its normal to see this file size increase for the very reasons you mention with cerebro, however in my testing if I only applied the mip map fix it would end up with a zero render issue in same scenes adding the zero render fix worked perfectly, so if the extra data is what's needed to make sure the proper textures load, its worth it IMO.  I'm just glad everything is working.

I might just have a few...

All images were taken with zero FXAA or sweetFX only stock game effects with ME2 shadow engine shaders with forced SGSS AA and high quality AO though Nvidia inspector and of course the modded textures including film grain on.  Everything is permamodded no TexMod used.

All textures shown have been modiofied in some way since the last release some subtle and some not.

Amazing work, man. Can't wait for the release. ME1 is truly reborn in your hands.

One small suggestion: I think the Alliance logo on Anderson's uniform is a bit oversized, could you reduce it?

Do mean Anderson? If so ME1 is terrible at black skin, they nailed it 2 with Jacob, but Anderson is tough because he's not terribly dark skinned but he should be black and ME1 likes to make him orange or red no true browns the way the tint works :/  But I am satisfied with him overall he looks better in some scenes than others and in those moments he looks a lot like ME3's Anderson so I'm happy enough with it.

If you mean Udina, the I don't know? Because he's white, at least I always thought he was.
