ok so i inserted the additional disc and the autoplay popped up and i selected play but nothing happened
P.S: This is the retail version bought 2 weeks ago in Asia....

What exactly do you mean?
You do have installed everything? Have you tried exploring the additional disc? and maybe installing what's on there onto your harddrive...
Sometimes, on disc 2 there will be additional language files...

And what exactly do you mean by complicated files?
As I recall it, the additional files on the DA: Ultimate disc is just links (or what the tech term is this) to places where you download the dlc, e.g. the stone prisoner, return to ostagar, golems, warden's keep etc. And then install them....
Are all the game files, including the dlcs, on disc 1?
