So, I've manged to get the the items from one of the chests by using the vault pressure plates.  However, the vault entrance is now blocked and I can't get the bars to open.  Iv'e tried numurous variations on the pressure plates to try and open the way to the vault.  Does anyone know which combination of pressure plates will allow me to move into the vault?

Have you tried simultaneously putting Hawke and Tallis on the plates in front of the two treasure chests (one on each)?
