So I got the Mass Effect 2 game awhile ago (Yay, much?!) but I never got the chance to put in the code. So, today I did. And I got a message saying the code is in use...Who do I contact about this? I know I put the code in correctly, I tried it over and over. And yes, it was a new game. Not used.

The obvious contact would be EA support. I would anticipate that you would need to prove that you purchased the game new in order to obtain a new code.
