I played Mass Effects and Mass Effects 2 on a BootCamp Windows XP partition on my iMac. Played great. I am going to be creating a new Boot Camp partition on a new Mac (Windows 7) and I was wondering how I can move my save games over. Is this a simple file transfer?  If so, what files to I need to be sure to move. My the drive on my old Mac is full and failing, and I really want to play from my original save.

Thanks for any help,

Lucas

best way is to copy the entire Bioware folder from your my documents folder(xp) or the documents folder from your user id in Win7.  Then when you install the game(including all current dlc), run it once, quit, then copy the folder onto the new one and let it replace it.  This way you get all your settings and saves in one neat bundle.

ME3 won't require a much better PC to play it on. Its system requirements are suppose to be close to ME2's.

So, If you can play ME2, you can probably play ME3.

As long as ME3 works the same way as ME2, you will just have to point the config utility at the direction of the save files, and you should be set.
