Are you for real?To the OP question, I would love Fallout London. It would be a different take on Fallout, sort of a James Bond feel.
The other setting that would be cool would be Deep South/ New Orleans. Point Lookout had a bit of that bayou, Civil War-era mansion feel, but they could probably make it very atmospheric and cool.
