I am in chapter 9 of Throne of Bhaal.  I killed the ravager and have been wandering around the game for the past 80 or so days game time, waiting for something to happen with the Aerie romance.  I read on several other forums that she is supposed to have proposed to me and then had the baby by now, but neither of these two events has happened.  The last dialogue I had from her was when she said she wanted to disguise her pregnancy and not to tell anyone else in the party.  That happened right after I killed Abazigal. 

I read on a different forum that she would have the baby imediately if I changed her romance timer to 1.  I did this 40 or so days ago game time, and nothing has happened.  I also read that she would give birth after an hour of real time if there were no enemies or neutral characters around, so I left the game running in the forest outside Sendai's Enclave, and ate dinner.  I came back a little over an hour later, and nothing had changed.  The game had advanced significantly in terms of days, but nothing whatsoever had happened with Aerie's quest. 

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this so that Aerie has the baby?  This could be with or without cheats.  I have completed all other quests and as soon as this one ends I am going to fight Amellisan.  I'm just waiting for this to resolve first and wandering around waiting for it to happen has become too boring and time consuming to continue.

The only thing I could imagine that went wrong is that you didn't set the timer to 1 but the romance itself.
In any case, advancing in game time (the 80 days you mentioned) should not have any effect.
