Has anyone read "Midwinter" and/or "The Office of Shadow" (the sequel to "Midwinter")?  I ask because I'm wanting to tranlate one of the characters of the stories, into the NWN2 universe.  The character I'm wanting to create and play is Perin Alt, Lord Silverdun.  I wanted to get some opinions on how others would go about creating his likeness.  Both in race, and in profession choices.

What I am thinking is this... He is a charismatic lord, though he definitely has some rougish elements as result of what he's been through.  On top of that, he has strong magical gifts, though he is mostly unpracticed in using them.  At first I was thinking Rouge, transitioning into a Shadow/Assassin prestige class later on (due to what transpires in "The Office of Shadow").   But after thinking about it some more, I"m wondering if Bard/Harper Agent would be more appropriate. 

If you have read this books, and know who I am talking about,  please share your thoughts.  Thanks.

I don't know those books, but bards seems like a fitting class according to your description.

Also, someone is going to say it anyway so I might as well do it myself... it's ROGUE, dammit!!!
