Romance every companion?

I've had issues on previous playthroughs where if I flirted with Isabella in Act 2, that automatically prevented me from hooking up with Fenris. Does anyone know if that only applies to Act 2 flirting? Or if I should avoid flirting with Isabella at all until afterwards?
Otherwise, my plan was to do Fenris first, then Anders and Merrll (and just not let them move in), and then finally Isabella. Would that work? Or are there other instances I don't know of where someone won't sleep with you if you've already slept with someone else?

So on my newest playthrough, I want to attempt to hook up with every romanceable companion, but finally end up with Isabella. Has anyone else done this? Is it possible?

No, it is not possible. Sleeping with either Anders or Merrill will end any relationship with Isabela and/or Fenris. They are romantic juggernauts, and this is intended behavior.
Edit: It may be possible if you initiate the romance with Fenris, Merrill and Anders before ever flirting with Isabela.

Thanks for that. I had heard that before, but I didn't realise that it cut off the relationship even if you broke up with them

Any idea where in the Fenris thread? As its over 1800 pages...
Looks like I'll have to reconsider my plan then.

It is possible to sleep with all companions, except Sebastian, in a single game. Sleeping with either Isabela or Fenris does not prevent the development of other romances, but sleeping with either Anders or Merrill and subsequently asking them to move in will deactivate the romance flags of all other characters, and remove critical flirt lines from their dialogue. However, if at the end of the cut scene where you sleep with them, you choose the breaking heart option to indicate that it was merely a one-night stand, you may continue with other romances.
So is the wiki wrong, or is it actually possible? Guess I'll find out.

I know once i slept with Anders, even breaking it off afterwards, Fenris wouldn't touch me with a barge-pole.

IT WAS ME
I was the one who just did a rapid fire PT in which I slept with and broke the hearts of all companions. I would seriously not call it "romancing" them, LOL.
There be a trick to it of course, but I did it, and it is possible.
Of course this one ends up with Fenris, but if you want to end up with the other companions you simply do them last. If you don't care to romance Fenris you can do him first and just let him do his thing then move on to another romance. If your going to do Izzy I suggest doing it like Fenris in that you pretty much go through everyone else FIRST then do Izzy at the end. So DON'T touch her personal quests, and you should be golden.
Heartbreaker Hawke... AWAY....
Though, I really hated doing this. I really, really, did.

I'm hoping that crushing my companions won't be too difficult for me. This is the playthrough based off my Origins game where my Warden slept with all the LIs (except Alistair), all the random NPC's along the way he could, and did the foursome with Izzy, Zev, and Leliana - and then married Anora and kept Leli as his mistress. He's pretty much a selfish cad, and so will this Hawke.
And they'll both have all the same diseases, so if Bioware never wraps up why they both disappear, I'll tell myself its cos they both just died as a result.

The trick is, that when you come to act 2 you don't speak to any of the four at all unless you're going thru the romance, like this example:
Start with Fenris, it is easiest and his quest can be completed as the first thing in the act, sleep and break it off. At this point you haven't spoken to either of the three others, now do Anders, then Merrill, and lastly Bella.
