I'm a regular at Yahoo Answers in the "Gender Studies" section and I get a bit addicted to it because I find the gender wars quite hilarious. So many trolls though, but they can be fun too.

I can be found daily on some IRC channels with RL friends. Doing that for more than a decade.

I hang out a lot with different RP communities, Sea of Dragons on NWN2, The Way Inn on NWN1.

At the moment I'm playing a private-RP server on World of Warcraft. It's quite good stuff, reminds me a lot of the roleplay on neverwinter itself. It adds a lot of things to the default model, like player-housing and construction

Even if the game is dead, I like to go to the Chaotic TCG forums, because I've played the game ever since it was released. I also somewhat enjoy Dueling Network's forums (yes, I do play TCGs like YuGiOh...).

If people thought BSN was bad, they should go to Diablo forum. You can't get one sentence in without people flaming you. I'm currently a part of the Hunger Games forum, and some other movie forums.

I frequent Cracked/PWOT forums. It's how a forum should be run; if a poster says something stupid, then other posters, mods and occasionally the collumnists will come on and break you down with snark and facts. It is glorious.

I actually just got back on here after what seems like...forever. Have never been social on a forum, but I'm thinking that might change.

Other communities would be facebook, xbl, and I was introduced to reddit two days ago. However, my friend warned me not to make a reddit account because the site would slowly kill me. o_0

I am not sure if you want this, but the commentary about isms in our society on tumblr is something I make sure to frequent. I feel our society has a long way to go. And exclusion or pushing old stereotypes is the first place to start in the media. Talks about privilege are important. And I feel having a safe place to talk about these things is vital to sanity sometimes. The media tells the privileged who exists and who doesn't. One man told me, he was a gamer, that black, queer, women were incredibly unlikely to exist in anything but a tiny handful in the country. It is thoughts like this I feel tumblr, and in a small part Bioware help prove ridiculous.
