^^^^^^

53 SHEPS!!!!! Goddamn, that's a lot. I only have 5 ShepLoos and 1 FemShep . . . . . Ahem, on to mine so . . . . . .

One single pro-Cerberus, got every killed except Morinth and Zaeed, evil to the bone, jackass ShepLoo , detests Aliens, although he makes exceptions for some. He's holding out for a female with similar views and a crushing fetish.

Yep.  I've got a few that are waiting for romantic deliverance in ME3.  Beyond that, I have at least one femshep waiting in the wings, just in case.

:o you purposely subjected your Shepard to a life of lonliness :crying:  I think I might give that a try^_^

That's exactly what I did with mine.  Romanced, left him with the nuke after telling Liara that I chose him.  It was epic sad, and no-one in ME2 fit that Shep run.  Ended up getting Kelly by default, I'm hoping I find a worthy mate for that Fem Shep in ME2.

I like to believe it doesn't, as I just wanted the fish-feeding perk and that was all... I'd like to believe we've done nothing more than stay up late having long conversations.

Yep, same here. Otherwise that particular female Shepard will be cracking the celebratory champagne among friends and not lovers.

Not that there's anything wrong with that, of course, but she deserves to have her cake and eat it too after all is said and done, I'd imagine.

4 loner Shepards here. 2 will probably stay loners. unless whoever are new LI's are so compelling (and preferably not their subordinates) that even my super professional Shepards won't be able to resist. the other 2 are loners by circumstance, not choice.

I have three FemSheps who are open to anything that happens in ME3. If no one appeals to their personality, then they'll be forever alone. If an LI appeals to them, then there will be some lovin'.

I have one femshep that has a secret crush on Ashley and remained single after ME1 and was crushed by Ash's reaction on Horizon. Towards the end of ME2 she started to notice how much Miranda had turned into not only her stalwart XO, but also one of her closest friends. . .
All of my many other femsheps (and the 2 dude sheps I have) all have fallen head over heals.

90% of my Sheps are loners.

No time to be fraternizing with the fools and/or psychos on his ship.

It was actually incredibly easy to not romance anyone in ME2 for me. And I stress incredibly easy.

The coolest one was Garrus, but even that one had juvenile dialogue bits to it that were so facepalm inducing that I never went through with them. Quite possibly there's potential for Kelly, but I don't think I'd invite her up to the cabin. I don't have anything against the "stripper" motif in the Mass Effect series as there's still an air of respect paid to said strippers, but that one involving Kelly has to be the most disrespectful in my eyes. I spend time with you, have dinner with you, you offer to feed my fish, you express interest in me and I in you, and at the end I call you up to dance for me in a stripper outfit?

If I was able to have her come up and snuggle or sit on my lap like everyone else that'd be one thing. That dance just tells me she's so eager to please. It's like begging me to take advantage of you. It had me thinking, "what could I get away with?" Granted everyone does that, but in this case it's a good hunch that you might be able to go really far before you hit the bottom.  I never want to think like that about someone I'm in a relationship with and I think that's terrible for any character.

I have one because I'm curious about what ME3 will hold. I did use this Shepard to get with The Consort and such. I have hopes for an engaging S/S for femShep. The only romance I go for consistently is the Garrus one, though part of its appeal is wondering what will happen in the next game.

Hehe I did the same thing to my FemShep with a colonist Ruthless origin. She's Renagon and always gets the job, thats her main goal. She felt she had to save Ashley because she was guarding the nuke and deemed it more important to make sure it goes off than risk it not going off and potentially dooming everyone in the process even if she was starting to open up to Kaidan.

But I don't plan on her being a forever alone shep in ME3 though. :P
The way I RP this shep is once she realizes she might not make it out of the war alive she will tell hopefully Joker her feelings. If not either James or Ashley, but she will stop closing herself off, because she realizes if she wants to defeat the reapers she will need a purpose, a reason, or someone close to her to live or die for.

Bioware's got me programmed properly because every time I do a play through I gotta try a romance option. It just feels like something the game is supposed to have (especially playing as a male character). The best I can do is get the love interested killed in tragic fashion. I only have one Shepard loveless going into ME3 and that's because she got her two flames snuffed.

S.A.K's mass effect survey has 49 Loner Shepards

My Shepard is in love with Kaidan and he is

alone
forever
involuntary

I hate it

I will start a new Shepard in ME3 after I've beaten the game (best ending: Loner Shep will annihilate the Reapers)

I really focused on that playthrough, because I really wanted to actually finish a FemShep playthrough.  I spent nearly 4 years trying to create a FemShep that I could be proud of.  So I figured, I would focus on what her "story" would be first, and I spent a 2 or 3 hour session creating and reloading a face to my liking.

I chose a colonist / hero background, because I felt that background was all about foreshadowing her adventures in ME1 and beyound.  Her struggles of loss, and her extraordinary triumphs.

...... or maybe I just wanted her to be dead sexy and all MINE!!! ^_^

My shep has never had a romance, partly because he felt the ethics of romancing someone under his command were questionable, and partly because he's gay. That said, if Joker gets interested in ME3...

Waiting for Kasumi. Is it too far to ask for an LI out of a DLC character? No, it's bioware's fault for making the only laid-back and humorous female a DLC character. C'mon Bioware, redeem yourselves in my high standards...

Well, let's see here... I plan on having a total of 12 Shepards when all is said and done, and a few of them will probably wind up being single.

Rowena, the paragade soldier, is 100% Garrus.

Dick, the renegon vanguard, went for both Ash and Miranda.

Joanna, paragade infiltrator, stayed faithful to Liara.

Jasmine, the renegade adept formerly known as HotWings, almost romanced Kaidan, but he died. She might go for Jacob. Scratch that--she'll definitely go for Jacob.

Next up is Bradley, the renegon engineer, and I'm not sure what's up with him. Ash? Liara? Tali? Dunno, man.

Zeke the paragon sentinel might be gay, but he might go for Tali if Brad doesn't.

Braxton, the renegade soldier, might go for Ash.

Anabelle, paragade vanguard, will be with Kaidan and might accidentally Garrus.

Malcom, the paragade infiltrator, will definitely be romancing Jack.

Freddie, the paragon adept, is gay, so he'll be waiting for Kaidan.

Alexandria, engineer and Sith Lord, will either romance everyone or romance no one.

Finally, Madison, the renegon sentinel, might hook up with Kaidan but will definitely be a Thane girl.

So at least one is single for sure.

All 6 of my Sheps (1 for each class, 4 female, 2 male) all stayed loyal to their ME1 LI. I'm thinking of doing a solo ME1 run with another femshep and having her romance Garrus in ME2.
