All my maleSheps are in romance and my only femShep is single.

My main femShep (out of four) is solo throughout ME1 and ME2. The reason? There's no one who appeals to her. Nor, as it seems, will ME3 have anyone for her if Vega is the new option.

I've got quite a few Sheps, and about half of them are single, unlike in DA, where I always romance someone (apart from about once).

It's a combination of the LIs not appealing to me (I'd romance Jack and Ash, but I dislike playing maleShep, so I've only done it once), the s/s option I'd like not existing, and Shepard being all-business (especially in ME1 when s/he is military). And in ME1, I never felt romancing Kaidan or Liara suited a renegade.

I've got this one FemShep who's a Soldier and she is currently single. The reason is b/c she really would like to get inside Tali's environment suit. If that doesn't happen then she'll be,

I have one femshep who is completely alone. As an orphan on earth she learned you can’t trust anyone and after the mess on akuze she learned that everything has and end which has made her cold and distant.

Chase Shep (Paragon)....He just hasn't had the opportunity with the right woman....Kasumi/Gianna.

Jack Shep (Paragade)....Based on Captain Jack Harkness...Sha'ira, Liara, Kelly, Miranda, Jack...with the trouble he will be in, I expect him to be single again and open to more opportunities in ME3....Kasumi/Gianna.

Daniel Shep (Renegon)....Kelly, Miranda, Jack....I expect him to be single again also in ME3 and in similar trouble...will try human opportunites in ME3.

None of the current choices for manShep appeal to me (all are ruthless, barring Tali and it's a danger for her) and so thus don't appeal to any of my Sheps....Though Daniel is ruthless himself, he is also a borderline misogynist, Kelly is most to his liking, she isn't uppity.

I have two Sheps that don't have a romance going into ME3.
Helen(Soldier-Paragade), who so far hasn't seen any of the options to be man enough for her. We'll see if Vega works, if not she'll be forever alone. (Incidently one of my favorite Sheps despite not having a romance)
Second in Angie(Infiltrator-Paragon), who has been waiting for Joker for two games already Bioware! If Joker isn't an option she won't have anyone else.

I nearly had a third, Darius(Vanguard-Paragade), but I ended up going back and hooking him up with Jack. It just felt so right for him.

I have 4 femsheps since I only like sneaky/tech/biotic types. 3 are spoken for. My Infiltrator/Colonist/Sole Survivor is still single at the end of ME2. I ran her through with Jacob my first time playing ME but I dislike his stand offish personality and his loyalty mission was just a little bizarre for me. So she waits for some new male LI in ME3. If Vega is the only one she will live alone forever and she's just fine with that. She gets her jollys killing bartarians.

I'm planning on making a single MaleShep who's basically going to be based on Captain Speirs from Band of Brothers - no-nonsense, always puts the mission first, loyal to the Alliance and Humanity, etc. Basically he believes that pursuing a relationship with a subordinate would be bad for unit morale.

Naturally since he's based on Speirs, he will be a Vanguard.

I have a male Paragon Shepard who is romancing Tali, and shall continue said romance in ME3.

I then have my Femshep who is a Paragade, and is single, as for whether that will change, I shall decide in ME3, depending on the options available, or whether it seems fitting. So far in the story, romance has simple been out of the question, she didn't have the time to properly get to know Liara, and after her resurrection she simply hasn't connected to anybody well enough,

My canon Shepard wasn't in love with Ashley, but they became close friends. Well, until she was vaporized on Virmire for roleplaying reasons.

He was open, but necessarily interested in intimacy before ME1, and definitely not after what happened on Virmire.

I get the feeling in regards to someone like Joker (the power imbalance between them, etc...) femShep would have to make the intial move.

Maybe. But she doesn't want to rush him into something he may not be ready for. Let's just hope they include a Jokermance in ME3 .

Maybe. But she doesn't want to rush him into something he may not be ready for.  My Canon Shep has no romantic interests as of yet, mainly because they all seem (understandably) too quick

 If it was to be any character, it is potentially Liara or Miranda, so if I get a chance to ignite a relationship with either (most likely the former) in ME3 even though I hadn't pursued them previously that would be great
