Urgent! EA Customer Support is broken! Please help, Bioware!

I sent this email to Bioware/EA Customer support through the Dragon Age site last week, but now when I click on the link to see whether it's been answered it says the page doesn't exist.  I tried to send it again through the EA Customer Support site but the page just freezes and won't even let me compose a message.  (That's been on two different computers in two days in two different cities!)  I'm hoping it isn't too late and Bioware can please help me.
The Dragon Age series is one of my favorite series of games ever. For both DA:O and DA2 I have gone to great lengths to make sure that I acquired every DLC and promotional item available for the X-Box versions. Unfortunately my X-Box account was hacked in mid-September and I have been unable to purchase the latest Dragon Age 2 DLC since, due to the investigation that Microsoft is performing on my behalf. Because of this I will not be able to download and play "Mark of The Assassin" before October 26th and will therefore not be able to unlock the bonus item "ring" on my own. I am begging you to please unlock it on my Bioware account for me so that I won't have to miss out on this very cool item because some criminal stole my account information and used my money fraudulently. Please, please help me.  If you need to confirm my situation with Microsoft I will be happy to provide you with my Case/Service number. Again, please help me, I can't wait to play the new Dragon Age DLC and it would put an even bigger damper on my account situation if I wasn't able to get the bonus item with it.
