Though it's 4e, I'm impressed with the new Neverwinter Campaign Setting book. I'd love for the talented folks in the community to come together to create a Neverwinter campaign on the level that Wizards sets out with this one. The map of NW and the factions are great.
What are your impressions of the book?

One person on the nwn2 irc channel, that I don't think posts here, is very happy with the campaign setting after receiving it. I suppose it depends on your feelings towards the lore of 4e.
While I personally don't like 4e lore, the Neverwinter setting in 3/3.5 was incredibly boring for me. Only PJ's modules have helped, and those are set in "greater Neverwinter", not the city.

I am using NCS as a source for my Gems of Power campaign ( see thread here ). The primary setting of the campaign is the Scarred South, but there will be an opportunity to visit the Sword Coast and the Moonshaes as well. I'm working on the Scarred South areas currently so I am a long while from building the Sword Coast areas, but hopefully the areas in the vault and OC will not make that too difficult. Not sure how tricky it will be to manage the floating areas though.
