You understood what she said? Years and years of english philology and I still can't understand her gibberish.
It's a pretty rough accent, but I got most of what she said. It helps if you're at all familiar with Warhammer 40K, because she sounds like one of Da Boyz.
This recent episode of Redemption confirmed a suspicion I had: Tallis acts a bit more abrasive in the webseries because the last time she did the right thing, she got punished for it by the qunari.
well i pratice and teach medival fencing i can tell you that unless you can read and understand medieval high german , medieval french or medieval english. that is going to be a tough call.EternalAmbiguity wrote...

Just watched first episode, they act way too modern. Voices and actual words especially.
How did Dragon Age people sound and speak in your world?
Honestly, those "webisodes" sound like someone speaking today. Not like someone from hundreds of years ago. Which Dragon Age does, at least a million times more than that.

How Tallis knew the mercenary was a Reaver just by looking her?

Teddie Sage is quite right. Ser Wesley and Aveline were married, so is the mistake in Redemption or DAII? I didn't know phylacteries could weaken a mage either. The series as a whole...while I appreciate the limited funds used to create it, it seemed pretty corny to me. The acting and effects alone were cringeworthy in places IMHO. I would have much preferred that Warden's Fall was concluded, or that a new CGI series was made.Teddie Sage wrote...

Lots of continuity mistakes...
Like, Templars can actually marry.
Or... Phylacteries being able to weaken a mage... Unless I missed something in the lore?
You do realize that the whole process is run by the BioWare people, right? That the writer of the series constantly sent questions to BioWare about lore, and probably loves the game series as much as anyone else on the forums?
Or... do you just like to be a Negative Nancy?
Don't be an ass. I'm just saying what I know about the lore and what I read so far.

I love Felicia Day in pretty much everything except for this series, though it may just be that Tallis is a really, really unlikeable character. And I had been trying to give her the benefit of the doubt in Mark of the Assassin, but the more I see her in Redemption, the less I like her.
I especially do not like how she treats the elf mage. If Tallis had stabbed my FemHawke mage like that, she would have used the fade to tear apart her limbs just as Hawke did to the Arishok in the destiny trailer.
I love the little I have seen of Nyree so far. Learning more about Cassandra is getting me excited for the upcoming seeker series.
And I'm on the fence with the Templar. His hinted at mistreatment of mages by Nyree is turning me against him.
