What's this I hear about Udina imposing a tea tax? Throw the tea out the nearest airlock, I say. The Citadel Tea Party will be a most extraordinary event. Maybe we can get those fine chaps from the Terra Firma party to back us. And someone find that nice young reporter Miss Al-Jilani to cover it for us.
