 hello, spoke to a advisor of origin , and was given a code to activate the content (BDTS) upon entering the code exactly i recieved the following message:-

The game can not start
for security reasons, only a limited number of machines can ever be licensed bya single pruchase. this limit has been reached. please purchase another registration cod, reinstall and then try again.

i then contact the orgin help center again, after speaking to a memeber of their team, he proceded to issue a new code only to find out the following :

I do apologize, but at the moment the DLC that you are having an issue with is not available to be redeemed.

Given that these are user to user support forums, and EA support provide the official tech support for the game, you will just have to keep trying EA support until you get a rep who actually knows what they are doing, and not some brainless muppet.

haha well he said to plus it ere lol, so i did, the first guy just gave me the code and the 2nd guy ponce d around wanting to confirm various things then told me it wasn't working lol, ill try again today thanks
