Hey i'm trying to download  Gibbed's Save Editor, when i unzip it there are 3 files, i have no idea where to put them, what do i do?

You put that one anywhere you can find it on your PC. It isn't really a mod, more a program that mods your saves. You should run the editor program and then open a save with it, do your editing and then resave the file.

I tried but when i double clicked it, it says that it has stopped working, then closes

Do you have Microsoft's .NET framework 3.5 installed? If not, download and install it.
