How about instead of just walking up and pressing a button to talk to NPCs, you can press one of three buttons:

Button A. Talk
Button B. Punch/Shoot/Headbutt (varies depending on situation)
Button C. Sex

You would think I would be shocked and horrified that such an idea has sparked a thread, but from my experiences and the people I've met here on BSN....this doesn't surprise me at all. If Urz happened to be a LI in ME3 that wouldn't surprise me either. Bioware really opened the can of worms with alien romances...
