Out of all the permanant squad memebers anounced, which two would be the best to bring with you.
For me, it's Liara and Vega. Here's why.
Liara. First off, she's my Shepard's LI, so it makes sense that I would want to be with her on all possible missions. Second. She's a great controller (the best of the ones announced).
Vega. He's a total tank. I'm interested in learning more about him.
My Shepard is a sentenal, so she can take down any enemy defences.
What do you guys think your dream team will be of the people announced so far.
Dream team for ME3.

Only the announced ones, eh?
Garrus? Ash? You're up.
They're two of my favorites and the most brotastic of the announced returners.
Liara can sub for Ash if I need biotics, I guess. Sorry, Kaidan, but you don't have singularity.

Kaidan. I'm duct taping him to my Shep, so he's being forced to go everywhere with me. And he gets no say in that.
Second, probably Garrus. Lost interest in Tali after meeting a few Talimancers, and Liara's 180 attitiude in ME2 warded me off. I'd like an alien traveling with me, so Garrus over Vega.

Depends on the Shep and the mission. Troops are assets, I endeavor to know them well and use them as their skills best demand.
Soldier Sheps have less need for a Tank, but its fun to have a Shep Wrex Ash/Shep Zaeed Grunt painfest march on a fortified position. Otherwise, I try to balance a biotic and a tech expert as the mission demands. Occasionally two techs vs. the Geth with Shep tanking. I'll use two biotics rarely, and then only when I'm best served by getting the small fries out of the way for Shep to steamroll.
Vanguard Sheps take two biotics often, because tag team powers are fun. Tech as needed and a Tank for tough firefights. Someone needs to be the bullet spunge, don't complain Grunt, like your role.
Infiltrator Shep needs distractions for "Sniping the targets" action. Whatever form they need to take for that mission they do. Biotics for rending shields, techs for overheating weapons, tanks for absorbing bullets.

Well, my ME2 go to teams were Miranda & Grunt and Garrus & Kasumi. Sadly, three of the four have not been announced as permanent returning squad mates. On the other hand, Garrus and Liara worked well for me during LotSB, so I might give them a try.

Kaidan, just like in ME1, and then probably mostly Garrus and Vega. I never took Tali or Liara anywhere in the first game (preferred Wrex, Garrus or Ashley), so I'll probably follow the same path.
If we get other companions, then I will rotate the second spot between the ones I like best.

Garrus at the least for all my Sheps as I find him to be the most loyal and trustworthy. The guy tried to emulate you for crying out loud though it ends tragically but his heart was in the right place.
As for the second, pretty much whoever best compliments Sheps class and depending on the enemies in the mission.

Team Dextro...been with me since the beginning...staying with me till the end...
if Wrex is playable in any fashion then replace Garrus with Wrex and that's pretty much my ME1 team right there....Tali & Garrus/Wrex....
whether or not Kaidan, Ash, or Vega are going to be used is entirely dependent on their powers...

Dream team for the majority of the game:
Garrus Brokarian - favorite squadmate by far and the most well rounded of all the squadmates since he literally has a power for every protection an enemy can have.
Tali - love her powers and she is my LI when it's not Liara.
Team dextro has been my squad the whole series and I will finish with them.
As for the full dream squad:
Garrus
Wrex
Legion
Liara
Tali
Mordin
Thane
Grunt
Kal Reeger
Aria
Feron
Prothy
Batarian
Ash
Jack
Zaeed
Kasumi
Samara
Miranda
Jacob
Real squad hopes:
Garrus
Tali
Liara
Ash
Legion
Mordin
Grunt
Jack and/or Miranda
Vega
New squadie (preferably alien)

Team dextro they've been in it to win it sense ME and I'd be very upset if Tali and Garrus can't be FT permanent squadmates (honestly these two don't have anyother huge things lined up Tali would be a bad Admiral) I don't want some other dextros trying to take their spots on my ship or on my ground crew! Other then that rotate away I always thought Wrex and Ash were a great team too, and oddly enough poor Tali does well with Legion I think he gives her more of a itchy trigger finger.

OP's rules:
I'm most looking forward to running with a Kaidan/Vega squad, will be interesting to have a triplet of male Alliance soldiers, coming full-circle to the beginning of ME1. Hopefully without the cannon-fodder part. I am very CQC-oriented so I think those two will go great with my Sentinel as well.
All-play, because I can't help it:
XOs: Alenko, Lawson. (<-- lol my "evil" plan to hook them up)
Designated calibrators: Garrus, Tali (ME1 Tali please, not overdramatic ME2 version)
Designated ass-kickers: Jack, Vega, Zaeed, Kasumi.

Team Dextro ideally. It'd be nice to have Tali Garrus and Shepard get through 3 games together, and I've used them so much I've become pretty much hard wired to that set ups tactics.
Liara and Kaiden work too mind, or any combination of the 4. I'd just prefer the consistency of keeping Dextro for the finale.
My full dream squad would be:
Tali
Garrus
Liara
Kaiden
Jack
Grunt
Female Batarian freedom fighter
Female Turian Spectre
Blasto

Dream team? Lemme check - since all of my Sheps are Infiltrators, my top 3 dream teams look like this:
Ashley - Wrex - my ME1 dream team
I'll have this combo in ME3 when Wrex is temporary available so I can remember the "good ol' times". Works against every kind of foe.
Ashley - Samara or Liara
Depends on who is available. This team works fine for me and covers most important aspects of combat: soldier, biotics, tech (that's me, Infil!). I used this team in ME1 and a similar team - replace Ashley with Grunt - in ME2.
Same here: works well against any enemy.
Miranda - Mordin
Depends if they're both available in ME3 at the same time. If not - this team went through several missions in ME2. Mordin was fun to play with, but can be replaced by Tali or Legion if needed.
If picking Tali / Legion over Mordin, this team is especially useful against synthetics, if picking Mordin it can go through anything the galaxy throws at Shepard. Miranda buffs the squad, great deal!
