Garrus and Kaidan without a doubt...I am not sure yet about Vega, but Liara won't be accompanying Shep on missions.

Hmm, would depend on my Shepard.
Jane, my ShepPrime, would take Kaidan(LI) and Garrus(BFF).
William would take Ash(LI) and wouldn't care beyond that(Probably Garrus unless Vega is super awesome).
Helen would take Vega(Planned LI) and Ash.

Below that we start getting into my Sheps with LI who aren't confirmed, so it gets hairy.

Very likely I will be going otu with Liara and Garrus mostly. Liara is my Shep's LI and Garrus is generally awesome. I will though rotate everyone a bit. I'm interested to know about Vega and see the new Kaidan(as a SPECTRE).

I know I already posted, but I've been thinking about who'd roll with whom, so here it is, Shepard by Shepard:

Wen: Garrus and Tali. Liara can sub for Tali every once in a while.
Dick: Tali and Vega. Why Vega? Because he kinda cheated on Ash, so he's... hiding.
Jo: Garrus and Liara (bro squad from ME1), with Kaidan occasionally subbing for one or the other.
Jaz: Tali and Ash, her soul sisters from ME1.

Seriously, though, I will probably be dragging Ash and Garrus around more than I should.  Dey'z mah favrits.

Liara.  First off, she's my Shepard's LI, so it makes sense that I would want to be with her on all possible missions.  Second.  She's a great controller (the best of the ones announced).
Vega.  He's a total tank.  I'm interested in learning more about him.

My Shepard is a sentenal, so she can take down any enemy defences.

What do you guys think your dream team will be of the people announced so far.

For me it will be Garrus and Liara\\Tali, while I prefer to kept  the most trusted friends  very close especially in a battle like those from ME3

If I could choose from all ME1 & ME2 companions, it would be Thane and Wrex or Garrus&Samara all the time
