Where do I go to get help with my online character profiles not updating? I've tried everything. For some reason it just mysteriously stopped updating, in like June, and can't get it to start again. I have play-throughs and almost all of my characters aren't listed.
Can anybody help?

Do you have the developer/cheat console activated? This can interfere with character uploads I've heard.
If not, the problem could also be on BioWare's side, there have been server problems in the past. You can try to post in the BioWare Site Help Forum, maybe the guys over there have some ideas.

Thank you very much Stone. I do in fact have the console activated. It never occured to me that would be the problem.
I've managed to contact tech support. We'll see what they say about it.
