All my DAII characters have stopped updaing from some reason. I have no problem purchasing downloading or installing new content, but the nothing ever gets uploaded. My account in game and the website are identical. Who do I contact and/or how do I fix it?

EA's help site is useless. I'd really like to talk/chat with a real person.

There is a chat function on the EA support site, which has worked well in the past for me. Your mileage may vary, of course.

Tell them you are on a Mac and you'll get forwarded to a "second-tier" assistant, who usually knows what there is to do. You need some free time and a lot of patience...

Email takes several hours to a day to get answered.

Characters taking days or weeks to update was actually quite common one or two years ago.

I didn't have a problem with it at all in Origins, and it was fine in DAII until mid June. Nothing since then though. I can't think of anything else to try.

Trying to use the Chat feature but it's greyed out for some reason.

FIXED. Enabling the console disables on line profiles.
