She does. And by underplaying herself, she presents herself as a subject of authority by relativity.

In any case, in common colloquial terms, saying you don't like something is generally the same as saying you dislike something. Ditto for this expression.
No, it isn't. 'Neutral' is a common accepted point for opinions. Infact, it's quite common.
There is no binary 'like/dislike'. You make that up.
