Hi Bioware,
I play Dragon Age (both of them) at PS3. My question is: why don't you let us assign spells/talents also to the directional arrows (left side of the controller)? Instead of six quick spells/talents we would have fourteen and won't have to keep opening the wheel and stoping the game each time we have to use one that's unassigned. It would help keep the pace and the immersion. Tks!

At least on the Xbox, the directional keys are used to change targets, which can be pretty important, as sometimes you just can't target something in the radial menu.

The buttons should all be mappable, regardless of platform.

I agree. More mappable buttons would be a welcome feature in future DA games. But sadly, no matter how many times this issue comes up, it is the one thing that usually falls on deaf ears with the developers here.

They have the L3 and R3 buttons and the xbox equivalents sitting there doing nothing, they could be used to toggle between two sets of six to double the amount of hotkeys.

This is an example of why I usually just play on PC (I own both Dragon Age games for PC & PS3). The console is much more convinent in some ways but the user interface options are usually much more accessable on PC.
Adding more mappable options would be a notable improvement, I hope they take this idea into account
